Shipping and Returns

UK Delivery

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK orders. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

International Delivery

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all international orders (outbound only — return shipping is at the customer's expense; see Returns below). Parcels are dispatched via trusted express couriers and typically arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on destination. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Duties & Taxes

How import duties and taxes are handled depends on your delivery country:

United States

All applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout, shown as separate lines before you pay. Your order is shipped fully duty-paid (DDP), so you pay the complete landed cost upfront with nothing further to pay on delivery.

European Union and all other countries

Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are not included in your order total. These are set by your local customs authority, vary by destination, and are payable directly to the courier or customs upon delivery before your parcel is released. We recommend reviewing your country's import rules before ordering.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unwashed and unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. For bedding products with opened packaging, a photograph will be requested to verify condition before return approval.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards, final sale items, products used for commercial purposes, and items returned outside the 30-day window.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@bedable.com with your order number and reason for return. Where applicable, include a clear photograph of the item and tags. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

UK Returns: A prepaid return shipping label will be issued.

International Returns: International returns are not free. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any duties or taxes paid on your original order are set by the destination country and are generally non-refundable by customs once an order has been delivered.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@bedable.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, please contact us at info@bedable.com.
