FAQs
How do I redeem the MYBED code at checkout?
Add bedding to your basket, open the basket page, paste MYBED into the discount code field and press Apply. The 10% appears on your subtotal before you pay. Codes are case sensitive, so avoid trailing spaces.
Can I combine MYBED with another Bedable offer?
No, only one promotional code applies per order. If a sitewide promotion is already running, the stronger of the two is normally applied for you at checkout.
What if the code is not working?
Three usual causes: the code was pasted with a trailing space, so retype it by hand; the basket holds only final sale items, which are excluded; or the code has already been used on an earlier order from the same household, as it is a one use welcome voucher.
Does the code affect delivery or returns?
Not at all. UK orders still ship free, international orders still ship complimentary, and you still have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Refunds are issued on the discounted price paid. Full terms are on our shipping and returns page.
Can I use it on a gift order?
Yes. Apply MYBED as normal, then send the order straight to the recipient. Gift cards themselves are the one exclusion, since they cannot be discounted or returned.
